"Where I lived, and what I Lived For" by Henry David Thoreau. This essay was a very good essay. Thoreau believes that people live to much in a hurry, "Why should we live with such hurry and waste of life". We do live in a hurry all everyday. I realize that II wake up, get ready, go to work, go to the gym, go home, myspace or facebook, do homework, watch television, then go to sleep. Thoreau talks about living in the woods. I wonder if I could ever leave all the new technology and go back to living how people used to. The essay was a little hard to understand, though I think I can understand his point. We are ruining our world that once used to be beautiful and turning our everyday life's into a waste.
